Documentary: Life Running Out of Control

Many food that we consume today contains genetically modified ingredients without our knowledge. The documentary “Life Running Out Of Control”, examines the issue of genetic engineering of food from the real-world perspectives of leading scientists, farmers, food safety advocates and the victims of genetically engineered products. The documentary reveals that the GM Salmon can now be grown to 6 times the size of natural, wild salmon in HALF the time. These “transgenic fish” are also tweaked to be all sterile, all female and unable to reproduce. It is highly y recommended for every Earth Defender to watch this one-hour documentary about the history and impacts of (GM/GMO) Genetically Modified/Engineered food (plants and animals) in Canada and USA. We need to start educating ourselves on what is being pushed into our diet. This leads to the conclusion that not only does genetic engineering pose a serious scientific problem; it also challenges fundamental democratic principles, and deserves the widest possible public discussion.
